Toward a Thriving Society and Sustainable Economic Opportunities
Kafi for Development
Kafi for Development is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization based in Mogadishu. Rooted in Islamic values of social solidarity and economic empowerment, Kafi is committed to justice and sustainable development. We address poverty and unemployment through innovative development and financial programs grounded in authentic Islamic finance tools such as zakat, waqf, Qard Hasan, and Sharia-compliant funding.
We believe real solutions lie in sustainable strategies that empower vulnerable groups to move from survival to self-reliance and prosperity. Our focus is on enabling individuals to achieve long-term economic stability through productivity and self-empowerment.
